My purpose is to provide legal services for the community and local businesses such as witnessing or attesting signatures, verifying identity, administering oaths, identify loan documents, as well as properly executing loan packages between a borrower and seller.

Travel Fee
$15 (10 miles, each additional mile $1)
Late Fee
$10 (per 15 minutes)
Real Estate and Escrow Closings
Loan Closing
$150 (10 miles of travel included, mileage fee per additional mile )
Printing Electronic Documents
$30 (200 pages, each additional page $0.25)
Non- Closing Fee
$50 (if borrower refuses to sign)
Cancellation Fee
$30 (1 hour or less notice)
